72 is a marketplace that lets creators (“Creators”) offer paid access to their time — including paid calls, messages, or connections — and lets other users (“Callers”) pay to connect with them. Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe). Calls or connections may use third-party tools (e.g., Jitsi, Twilio). We are a platform that facilitates these connections; we are not a party to the interactions between Creators and Callers.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Creators are solely responsible for their own conduct, the lawfulness of what they offer, honoring paid connections, and all taxes on their earnings. Creators are independent and are not employees, agents, or partners of 72.
You agree not to use the Service to: break any law; harass, threaten, or harm others; involve minors in any way; engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; infringe others’ rights; or circumvent fees or security. We may remove content or users that violate this section.
The Service relies on third parties (including Stripe, Twilio, Cloudflare, Netlify, and Jitsi). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that connections will be completed, that Creators will be available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 72 and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior three months or US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 72 and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
